It’s something you can feel when you are here - present in the rhythm of daily life at the College -yet not easily defined. We often speak of it as a richness in the soil: the sense that good things are grown here. Perhaps it is a spiritedness shared by students and staff alike, a quiet verve that animates our community. It is not something that can be taught directly; rather, it grows naturally through being part of life at Oxley.
