School Managed Devices
From 2026 Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ is moving to a School Managed Device (SMD) model with Apple-based devices. For years 6- 12, the SMD model will comprise of a choice of either a school-owned and school-managed device, or a parent-supplied, school-managed device. It is important to note that from 2028 onwards, all students (except for the current Year 9 2025 cohort, who will be in Year 12 in 2028) will have school-owned, or parent-supplied School Managed Devices..

Student Medical Management Forms
In accordance with our policies to ensure the College continues with safe and responsible practices in its approach to administering first aid to students, we ask that you please return the completed to the College. The form should be saved to your PC, completed and then emailed to clinic@oxley.nsw.edu.au as early as possible. Â A separate form is needed for each student.
Oxley Uniform Shop
The Oxley Shop is located via the second driveway. Â It is open from Tuesdays-Thursdays from 8.30am - 4.00pm, and parents also have the option of purchasing online. Â Follow the link below for all uniform information, as well as holiday opening hours.
Flexischools
The Oxley Canteen uses the Flexischools App for lunch orders. Junior School students are welcome to order their lunch through the app. Please note that recess items are not available for Junior School students to order, and there is no over-the-counter service for Junior School.
Berrima Buslines

Student Textbooks & Stationery
Junior School students do not need to purchase stationery as this is provided by the school. Â Senior School students can access 2026 textbook requirements from the following webpage:

Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ offers access to a variety of talented music professionals who provide music tuition on site before, during and after school hours in the Performing Arts Centre.
